用于超冷中子的像素探测器研制

摘要
基于商用CCD并附有中子转换器，研制了一种具有高空间分辨率和时间信息的超冷中子像素探测器。测试了10B和6Li作为中子转换器，发现10B在效率和空间分辨率方面更为合适。该像素探测器的效率为44.1 ± 1.1%，空间分辨率为2.9 ± 0.1微米（1 sigma）。
