摘要

研究弹跳中子量子态的性质需要具有微米级空间分辨率的位置灵敏探测。UCNBoX 探测器依靠涂有薄硼-10 转换层的电荷耦合器件（CCD）来探测中子击中位置。在本文中，我们提出了一种利用微米级掩模测定该装置空间分辨率的原创实验方法。观测到的分辨率为 $2.0\pm0.3~\mu$ m。
