摘要
细像素 CCD(FPCCD)是用于国际直线对撞机(ILC)实验的顶点探测器的候选传感器技术之一。为提高抗辐射能力,FPCCD 顶点探测器需被冷却至 -40 度。为此,KEK 正在开发一种使用气体压缩机进行 CO 循环的两相 CO 冷却系统。本文介绍了该研发的现状。
