SPT-3G是一台安装在南极望远镜上的偏振敏感接收机,用于从度到角分尺度测量宇宙微波背景(CMB)的各向异性。该接收机由十块150~mm直径探测器晶圆组成,包含总计16000个在95、150和220 GHz观测的跃迁边传感器(TES)辐射热计。在2018-2019年南极夏季期间,其中一块探测器晶圆被替换为采用Al-Mn TES而非SPT-3G最初部署的Ti/Au设计制造的新晶圆。我们给出了该Al-Mn晶圆的实验室表征与在天空性能结果,包括电学与热学性质、光学效率测量以及噪声等效温度。此外,我们讨论并解释了影响使用频域复用读出电子学所进行测量的一些与定标相关的系统误差。
