摘要
由二维六方氮化硼(2D hBN)承载的室温单光子发射器(SPEs)的发现引发了强烈的研究兴趣。尽管约 2 eV 附近的发射器已被广泛研究,其微观身份仍属未知。对此类 SPEs 的讨论集中于 hBN 晶格中的点缺陷,但所候选的缺陷结构均未能捕捉实验中观测到的发射器性质的巨大异质性。采用广泛使用的样品制备方案并解耦若干混杂因素,我们确证与 hBN 相关的约 2 eV 异质单光子发射起源于有机分子,推测为芳香族荧光团。此类 SPEs 的出现关键取决于样品制备过程中有机加工残留物的存在,且热处理中形成的发射器并不像先前认为的位于 hBN 晶体内,而是在 hBN/衬底界面处。我们进一步证明,在同一类 SPEs 可在另一种二维绝缘体——氟金云母中观察到。
