摘要
序数回归旨在将实例分类为有序类别。本文将基于人脸图像的体重指数(BMI)类别估计视为序数回归问题。特别地,采用基于成对比较的含噪二分搜索算法来利用 BMI 类别间的序数关系。比较通过连体架构进行,其中一种以 Bradley-Terry 模型概率作为目标。Bradley-Terry 模型是一种描述集合中元素被反复成对比较时可能结果概率的方法。实验结果表明,我们的方法在估计 BMI 类别上优于基于分类与回归的方法。
