我们提出了一种实用的数值优化方法，用于优化埋入式微结构波导的导光特性，此类波导可通过飞秒激光直写方法在 z 切铌酸锂 (LiNbO3) 晶体中制备。我们展示了将该波导的低损耗工作光谱范围扩展至超过 3{\mu}m 的中红外区域的可能性。
