集成面内微电极的铌酸锂微谐振器的片上电光调谐

摘要
我们演示了具有集成面内微电极的片上铌酸锂微谐振器的电光调谐。首先通过飞秒激光工艺在衬底上形成两个金属微电极。随后,采用飞秒激光直写并结合聚焦离子束铣削,制备了位于微电极之间的高 Q 铌酸锂微谐振器。得益于高效的结构设计,观测到了 3.41 pm/V 的高电光调谐系数。
