摘要
我们展示了一种C波段波长可调微激光器,其采用掺Er3+的高质量(~1.02x10^6)铌酸锂微盘谐振器。在976 nm连续波泵浦激光下,室温下可在低至~250 μW的泵浦功率阈值观察到激光作用。此外,通过改变泵浦激光功率可调控微盘激光器波长,在低于13 mW的低泵浦功率下调谐效率为~-17.03 pm/mW,在高于13 mW的高泵浦功率下为10.58 pm/mW。
