单片集成高Q值铌酸锂微盘上光学频率微梳的高效电光调谐

摘要
我们展示了单片集成铌酸锂微盘(LN)光学频率微梳的高效调谐。利用该微盘的高光学品质(Q)因子(即 Q~7.1*10^6),微梳在低至 20.4 mW 的泵浦功率下跨越约 200 nm 的光谱带宽。结合 LN 的大电光系数与微电极几何结构的最优设计,我们实现了光谱范围 400 pm、调谐效率约 38 pm/100V 的微梳电光调谐。
