给定L≥1，我们讨论确定最高α=α(L)的问题，使得任何具有以L为界的椭圆率比值的散度型齐次椭圆方程的解都属于C^α_loc。该问题既可在经典框架也可在非局部框架中表述。在经典情形中，已知α(L)≳exp(-CL^β)，其中某些C, β≥1依赖于维数N≥3。我们证明在非局部情形中，对于所有δ>0，有α(L)≳L^{-1-δ}。
