关于 zeta 函数和 gamma 函数的值

摘要
本文利用取整函数 [] 和小数部分函数 {} 等基本函数对 zeta 函数和 gamma 函数进行了分析，找到了 zeta(1/2 + i*n) 辐角的一般公式，gamma 函数亦有类似公式。
