摘要
我们在一个无序主要由短程势散射主导的样品中研究了整数量子霍尔效应转变的温度依赖性。在低温下，结果与 标度行为一致，而在较高温度下则与其他材料系统中报道的线性依赖关系一致。我们表明，线性行为是由费米-狄拉克分布函数产生的热展宽引起的，并且整个范围内的温度依赖性仅取决于标度参数 。
