摘要
给出了针对某些非高斯源、采用比例加权均方误差（MSE）失真度量的率失真函数的新下界。分析了当从非加权 MSE 失真度量更改为比例加权失真准则时，率失真函数增长量 g 的情况。结果表明，当失真 d 较小时，增长 g 与在相同边缘统计和 MSE 失真度量下，高斯无记忆源和带记忆源的率失真函数之差共享相同的下界。此外，还给出了若干示例和应用。
