低余维子簇的Picard群

我们引入一种方法,用以判定维数为 n 的光滑子簇在余维至多 2n − 2 的环绕空间中是否从环绕空间继承了 Picard 群(当环绕空间为射影空间时,依据 Barth 与 Larsen 的结果,情形正是如此)。作为应用,我们给出肯定答案(在满足某些温和的自然数值条件下),当环绕空间为直线的 Grassmann 流形(从而改进了 Barth、Van de Ven 与 Sommese 的结果)或两个同维射影空间的乘积时。
