摘要
本文综述了水波数学理论中的一些主要结果和近期进展。更准确地说，我们简要讨论了水波的数学建模，然后概述了模型方程的局部和全局适定性结果。此外，我们提出了在不同参数区间下的简化模型，用于近似描述典型波形的运动，并讨论了这些模型有效性的数学严格论证。
