摘要
本文旨在综述关于尖峰与正弦波线性无关性的已知结果。针对尖峰位置与正弦波频率随机选取的情况，本文提供了新的结果。该问题等价于研究从离散傅里叶变换矩阵中抽取的随机子矩阵的谱范数。其证明依赖于Bourgain和Tzafriri的外推论证。
