摘要
动脉粥样硬化发生于斑块堵塞动脉之时。它是美国及全球的主要死因。本文研究动脉粥样硬化早期斑块形成的一个高度非线性且高度耦合的PDE模型的分歧。该模型涉及LDL与HDL胆固醇、巨噬细胞以及泡沫细胞,分离斑块与血流区域的界面为自由边界。我们建立了对应于 模式的系统的第一个分歧点。本文所研究的破缺对称性平稳解可能有助于理解为何存在常更多累积于动脉一侧而非另一侧的动脉斑块。
