摘要
通过整合多种模拟与实验技术，我们发现抗菌肽（AMPs）可在最优浓度与比例下实现协同，而这可由协同肽的聚集引起。在多个时间与长度尺度上，我们的研究获得了关于溶液中肽共聚集如何影响协同 AMPs 对膜破坏的新颖证据。我们的发现提供了关于 AMP 协同复杂分子起源的关键细节，将有助于指导未来协同 AMPs 的开发以及抗感染肽鸡尾酒疗法的应用。
