摘要

我们讨论 Waxman 最近提出的用于本征值问题的迭代算法的一个显著性质，该性质相对于其他迭代过程具有明显优势。在量子力学及其他领域中，经常需要处理同时具有连续谱和离散谱的算子。对于此类算子，在如 Lanczos 算法等迭代算法中出现的识别虚假本征对的问题在 Waxman 提出的算法中不会发生。
