Dubins 和 Friedman 以及 Gale 和 Sotomayor 研究了通过说谎来操纵 Gale-Shapley 匹配算法的行为，并表明说谎通常对被求婚方（在 Gale 和 Shapley 的原始论文中记为女方）比求婚方（记为男方）更具吸引力。还可以证明，在女方说谎的情况下，对于每一个因说谎而受益的女方，都存在一个受损的男方。在本文中，我们证明了性别目标之间存在更强的二分性，即如果没有女方受损，则没有男方受益；同时，说谎女方与“无辜”女方之间存在一种姐妹情谊，即如果前者无一受损，则后者也无一受损。本文基于第一作者的本科（“Amirim”）毕业论文。
