摘要

设 $K$ 为一个虚二次域，并设 $\mathfrak{f}$ 为 $K$ 的一个非平凡整理想。Hasse 和 Ramachandra 询问， $K$ 模 $\mathfrak{f}$ 的射线类域是否能由 Weber 函数的一个单值生成。当 $\mathfrak{f}=(N)$ 且整数 $N>1$ 时，我们完全解决了这一问题。
