本文描述了OI交换格式（OIFITS）的第2版，该格式是用于交换光学（可见光/红外）干涉仪定标数据的标准。这一获IAU认可的标准已在过去和当前大多数光学干涉仪项目中使用了10年，包括COAST、NPOI、IOTA、CHARA、VLTI、PTI和凯克干涉仪。现有软件可用于读取、写入和合并OI交换格式文件。第2版提供了附加数据表的定义（例如用于偏振测量），以满足未来干涉仪器的需求。还包含了用于更严格描述测量误差及其相关数据列。就此而言，本文档朝设计光学干涉测量通用数据模型迈出了一步。最后，主OIFITS头增加了几个总结内容的新关键字，以允许数据库搜索。
