摘要
我们观测到,在Mott相变附近的小温度范围内,慢弛豫的主导地位导致电子与热浴解耦。这由对Mott体系薄膜中热噪声在相变附近偏离的规范Johnson-Nyquist值的大偏离观测所确立。我们认为,如此大的噪声源于绝缘相内尺寸估计为15-20 nm的纳米尺度金属相孤立小口袋,其以充电能量为控制参数。
