NUV-DoA:基于 NUV 先验与空间滤波的贝叶斯稀疏重构超分辨率波达方向估计

摘要
实现高分辨率波达方向(DoA)恢复通常需要高信噪比(SNR)和足够多的快拍数。本文提出 NUV-DoA 算法,该算法将贝叶斯稀疏重构与空间滤波相结合,用于超分辨率 DoA 估计。通过对方位角网格上的每个方向建模为具有未知方差(NUV)的稀疏促进正态先验,将非凸优化问题化简为在高斯分布下的迭代重加权最小二乘,其中快拍的均值为充分统计量。该方法不仅简化了求解,还能准确检测 DoA。我们利用分层方法进行多源场景下的干扰消除。经验评估表明,与其他 DoA 估计器相比,NUV-DoA 具有优越性,尤其在低 SNR 下。
