摘要

我们报道了对 3 维 (3D) 格子 Luttinger 模型中自旋导电率中无序效应的首次数值研究。结果表明，在较宽的无序强度范围内，自旋导电率保持有限值，但伴随较大波动。无序配置平均后的自旋导电率随无序强度单调下降，并在阿姆森局域化发生前消失。还讨论了有限尺寸效应。
