基于三维网格电子密度的临界性质与原子 basin 的数值计算

摘要
InteGriTy 是一个对给定在三维网格上的电子密度按 AIM 方法进行拓扑分析的软件包。采用三立方插值以获得任意所需位置处的密度、其梯度与海森矩阵。从为化合物 NaCl 和 TTF-2,5Cl2BQ 计算得到的理论密度中导出了临界点与积分原子性质,从而涵盖了不同类型的化学键:离子键、共价键、氢键及其他分子间接触。
