基于平面波角谱理论和FFT的近场标量衍射数值计算

摘要
众所周知，近场衍射或菲涅耳衍射的精确计算是困难的。通常需要做一些近似以获得更合适的形式。本文提出了一种基于角谱理论的近场衍射数值实现方法。该方法使用快速傅里叶变换（FFT），结果准确且快速。为了展示该方法的能力，研究了圆孔和螺旋狭缝的近场衍射。给出了数值和实验结果。该方法可用于实现基于个人计算机的物理光学学习。
