摘要
本项目的目的是构建一个可快速追踪失窃车辆位置的系统，从而降低警方成本与工作量。此外，车辆的计算机系统可由车主或警方远程控制。更确切地说，本工作的目标是设计一套系统，开发车辆的远程控制，并通过纬度（LAT）与经度（LONG）确定位置。
