摘要
由于侧重于管理老年人可能出现的问题，现有的人机交互（HCI）与老龄化研究并未对“年龄”和“老龄化”概念给予其应得的明确理论关注。为了填补这一空白，我们通过一种现有类型学的视角，批判性地审查了CHI出版物十年语料库，并进一步发展了该类型学以分析HCI领域中年龄是如何被理解、解释和建构的。我们得出的HCI中年龄的多维类型学阐明了在与该用户群体共同设计及为其设计时所考虑的老年人的独特特征，同时也强调了在HCI中需要一种更具批判性、反思性和社会建构主义的方法来对待年龄。应用这种方法，我们将年龄探索为一个多维分层系统，以更好地理解基于年龄的数字鸿沟现象。
