摘要
本白皮书旨在阐释元建模(metamodelling)可为空中交通管理(ATM)研究带来的价值。它将定义元建模并探讨其能及不能做到的事。假定读者具备SESAR的基本知识:单一欧洲天空ATM研究计划。作为单一欧洲天空倡议的技术支柱,SESAR的一项重要内容是借助一系列所谓的SESAR“解决方案”实现以特定关键绩效指标(KPIs)衡量的改进。这些“解决方案”是为满足《欧洲ATM总体规划》中所述运行与性能改进而设计的新型或改进的运行程序或技术。
