摘要
本文提出了一个在 Vista 项目中构建的、用于空中交通管理系统的全新整体模型。该模型是一个智能体驱动的模拟器，包含网络管理方和航空公司等各类利益相关者。它是一个基于欧洲一天运行中个体乘客行程的微观模型。本文侧重于该模型的技术描述，包括数据与校准问题，并给出了 2035 年和 2050 年的若干关键结果。特别地，我们展示了关于排放、延误减少、不确定性以及航空公司时刻表缓冲增加的明确趋势。
