单纯形上均值相等的非参数假设检验

摘要
在数据位于单纯形上的背景下，我们研究了使用经验似然和指数经验似然，以及 Hotelling 和 James 统计量，基于两个独立样本来检验总体均值相等的零假设。我们使用从单纯形上各种分布模拟的数据进行了广泛的数值研究。结果连同关于实施的实际考虑，支持使用经过 bootstrap 校准的 James 统计量。
