高密度二维电子系统中自旋极化的非线性磁场依赖性

摘要
利用平行磁场和倾斜磁场测量了高密度InSb二维电子系统(2DESs)的自旋极化(P)。研究发现，P随总磁场B呈超线性增长。这种P-B非线性导致自旋磁化率在其真实值Xs与实验常规使用的Xgm ~ m*g*(m*和g*分别为有效质量和g因子)之间存在差异。我们证明，这种P-B非线性源于电子交换耦合导致的g*随P线性变化，而非如低密度2DES所预测的电子关联效应。
