接近电荷序绝缘体转变的金属中的非局域关联

摘要
利用胞元动力学平均场理论，研究了由最近邻库仑排斥 诱导的 1/4 填充扩展 Hubbard 模型中的电荷序转变。我们发现，在 处发生了向强重整化电荷序费米液体的转变，而在 处发生了金属 - 绝缘体转变。短程反铁磁性伴随电荷序转变同时发生。当趋近电荷序绝缘体时，费米面发生形变，且电子在费米面上的散射率呈现出动量依赖性。
