纳米尺度接触中量子输运的非平衡GW方法

摘要
我们将GW近似内的关联效应纳入Keldysh非平衡输运形式中。我们表明，GW能够较好地描述近藤效应以及安德森模型的零温输运性质。将GW方案与密度泛函理论和瓦尼尔函数基组相结合，我们通过计算两个铂链之间氢分子的I-V特性来阐明关联效应的影响。我们的结果表明，自洽性对计算电流至关重要，但它往往会抹平谱函数中的卫星结构。
