摘要
利用温度依赖的拉曼光谱，在 200 至 400 K 温度范围内估算了单层石墨烯的热膨胀系数（TEC）。发现其强烈依赖于温度，但在整个温度范围内保持负值，室温值为 -8.0×10^{-6} K^{-1}。石墨烯与衬底之间热膨胀系数失配引起的应变在决定石墨烯物理性质方面起着关键作用，因此在解释低温或高温实验数据时必须考虑其影响。
