摘要
我们计算了取自高斯正交系综(GOE)的 随机矩阵在 极限下(正则化)特征多项式的负整数矩。结果与 Berry 和 Keating 近期基于奇异性主导强涨落理论中发展的技巧所提出的猜想非平凡地一致。这是利用这些技巧得到的非平凡预测首次被证明的例子。
