单个自组装量子点的多激子光谱学

摘要
我们应用低温共聚焦光学显微镜对单个自组装量子点进行空间分辨和光谱研究。通过将不同激发水平下获得的发射光谱与理论多体模型进行比较，我们表明：单激子辐射复合非常弱。尖锐的光谱线是由于受限多激子态之间的光学跃迁，其中激子在其寿命内热化。一旦这些少数态被完全占据，就会出现由于包含连续谱电子的态之间的跃迁而产生的宽谱带。
