正常磁化YIG圆盘中FMR谱的机械探测

摘要
在室温下测量了厚度为4.75μm、半径为80μm的常规磁化YIG圆盘的铁磁共振谱，分别使用磁导力显微镜和标准微波灵敏度检测。比较结果表明，MRFM是获取微米尺寸样品完整FMR谱最有效的方法之一。在弱耦合 regime下，测量数据可在Damon和Eshbach模型框架内定量解释。
