使数学在线资源 FAIR：以小型系统发育树为例

摘要
我们报告了将早期 2000 年代的数学图书馆——小型系统发育树——转化为代数系统发育学数据 FAIR、现代且可持续存储库的过程。该过程基于三重策略：（1）编写软件包以启用用户复现数据库中的结果；（2）建立具有用户友好性的新网站，链接至理论出版物、代码片段及计算序列化输出；（3）在此过程中记录步骤，以提炼可推广至其他项目的经验教训。本文针对（3）。（1）见 https://docs.oscar-system.org/dev/Experimental/AlgebraicStatistics/phylogenetics，（2）位于 https://algebraicphylogenetics.org。
