摘要

将ZnO与Co的多层膜沉积在玻璃基底上，然后在真空中退火。膜的磁化强度随退火而增加，但磁光信号的幅度并未增加。利用磁圆二色性(MCD)谱计算了膜的介电函数。提出了金属Co/ZnO混合物的Maxwell Garnett理论。讨论了该理论在多大程度上解释了在膜上测得的MCD谱。
