单晶 Zn1-xCoxO 薄膜中的反铁磁相互作用

摘要
在关于 Co 掺杂 ZnO 磁性数据相当矛盾的情况下，我们成功制备了高质量的单晶 Zn1-xCoxO (x=0.003-0.07) 薄膜。这使我们首次有可能在定量水平上检验 ZnO:Co 的内在磁性，从而解决几个未解决的问题，其中最主要的是 ZnO 结构中 Co-Co 相互作用的本质。
