掺铬的Cu2O薄膜磁性:无codoping与Al、V、Zncodoping情况

摘要
在脉冲激光沉积制备的5%掻铬Cu2O薄膜中,我们研究了无codoping以及0.5%掺杂Al、V或Zn的结构、电性和磁性。所选的最佳生长条件下,薄膜表现出相纯性。无codoping的掻铬薄膜观察到类铁磁行为。仅在Alcodoped的Cu2O薄膜中发现了室温清晰的铁磁信号。
