MeV 质子辐照诱导 MoS2 中的磁性

二硫化钼是一种抗磁性的层状二硫属化物固体，研究发现其在暴露于 2 MeV 质子束时，在室温下表现出磁有序。磁化强度的温度依赖性显示出居里温度为 895 K 的亚铁磁行为。利用拉曼光谱和 X 射线光电子能谱，分别在辐照样品中检测到了对应于区边声子的无序模以及高于 +4 的 Mo 价态。文中讨论了辐照 MoS2 样品中长程磁有序的可能起源。
