近年来，通过局部操作与经典通信（LOCC）区分多体酉操作的问题引起了广泛关注。文献中关于该问题的最新研究表明，当允许有限次运行时，两个多体酉操作总是可以通过LOCC完美区分。然而，在这些方案中需要局部纠缠（由一方持有的纠缠态），这似乎意味着局部纠缠对于通过LOCC完美区分酉操作是必要的。在本文中，我们证明，在作用在双qudit上的两个酉操作之间，总是可以在不利用任何纠缠的情况下实现完美区分。因此，我们得出结论：局部纠缠对于通过LOCC完美区分作用在双qudit上的酉操作并非必要。
