利用有限元方法研究 Luo-Rudy I 模型相关单参数动力系统的极限环

摘要
根据 Luo-Rudy I 模型,一个单参数动力系统与控制心室心肌细胞膜兴奋性的数学问题相关联。极限环由扩展系统的解来描述。采用有限元方法时间近似 (FEM) 来 formulat 近似问题。从 Hopf 分岔点出发,利用弧长延拓法和 Newton 法逐步获得近似极限环。文中展示了一些数值结果。
