锈钛酸 TiO2 中大尺度局域场效应的动力学结构因子

摘要
我们present了锈钛酸 TiO2 的 ab initio 时间依赖密度泛函计算和非共振无穿透 X 射线散射测量，其动力学结构因子。我们的计算与实验良好一致，证明了在 Ti M 边以下存在大尺度局域场效应，这些效应在 14 eV 处导致一个尖锐的失谱峰，其强度表现出对波矢量的显著非单调依赖。这些效应对该氧化物的激发谱的影响比过渡金属更为显著，提供了底层电子结构的特征。
