摘要
由于温度振荡减少了成核数量,振荡温度技术被成功用于生长大尺寸且成分均匀的CaFeAsF单晶。最大原生CaFeAsF单晶横向尺寸近8 mm,厚度0.27 mm,各维度均远大于先前报道。X射线摇摆曲线的半高宽(FWHM)小至0.163{\deg},表明CaFeAsF单晶的高品质。
