摘要
最近，在通过 MBE 对晶体表面进行不可逆生长期间，台面上的成核率已被精确确定。在本文中，我们超越了通常用于研究成核过程的标准模型，分析了两个重要的额外物理因素的定性和定量后果：由于扭折的存在导致的台阶边缘 Ehrlich-Schwoebel 势垒的不均匀性，以及由于射流原子与基底之间相互作用导致的转向效应。我们将结果应用于典型的二层成核实验。
